Overview

Innovation in products and services, processes and even in business models can be the ultimate lifeblood of new value creation in organizations. By examining both the principles and numerous examples of innovation management and development, executives will be able to develop proposals for improving the innovativeness of their organizations. They will acquire the knowledge required to champion the innovation capability development and application. The programme will thoroughly examine the key aspects involved in taking a company up the innovation curve.

Creative Problem Solving & Decision Making

Overview

Creative problem solving is a skill that can be learned. At the end of this 2-day programme, participants will bring back fresh ideas into their organization and break away from rutted thinking and ‘business as usual’ attitudes. This unique program focuses on using creative thinking to define problems, make effective decisions, and promote new ideas in a business environment. Participants will also learn how to solve problems and make decisions using their own vision and creativity and the creativity of those around them.

Developing the Winning Edge Service Quality

Overview

In this 2-day programme, participants would grasp the key concept, frameworks and methods for developing competitive advantage through service quality excellence. They would understand the fundamental issues in service quality in addition to practice the ‘The SERVQUAL’ methodology as well as metrics from leading companies on how they drive service culture, quality and delivery excellence. Case studies of innovation in oganisations and best practice in innovativeness would also be discussed.
