The course is especially suited for the adventurous would-be sociologist, scientist, economist, anthropologist, and sports science practitioner among others.  If you are keen to develop your understanding of the rainforest in Malaysia Borneo, keen to learn about the culture of the locals and go on an adventure, this course is specially suited for you. You will track through mountains and arrive at remote villages. Explore virgin jungles. Learn to set traps for your survival and identify edible plants for sustenance and medicinal value.

  The course is especially suited for the adventurous would-be sociologist, scientist, economist, anthropologist, and sports science practitioner among others.  If you are keen to develop your understanding of the rainforest in Malaysia, keen to learn about the culture of the locals and go on an adventure, this course is specially suited for you. You will learn about the marine ecology of Tioman Island, learn about the steps taken to halt wanton development. In Taman Negara, visit the 4 million year old rainforest, explore caves and learn about its inhabitants. Learn to set traps for your survival and identify edible plants for sustenance and medicinal value. In Kuala Terengganu, learn about its ancient craft of copper and batik. Then it’s off to Slim River to be among the Orang Asli. Learn from them their outdoor skills and give something back to the locals with your vast knowledge – such as in conservation, recycling, etc.
