Our programs have been specifically designed to produce a new breed of leaders, scholars, civil servants, private sector employees, economists and managers who are ready to face a challenging and competitive world in the future. Students will be nurtured to produce a new pool of competent, capable, knowledgeable and ethical human capital to assist the government and the industry in enhancing the global competitiveness of Malaysia. TARSOG will play a significant role in producing graduates who will be actively involved in nation building, possess a sense of citizenship, understand the importance of solidarity and values, are sensitive to diverse cultures and who strive to achieve the common good in this pluralistic society of ours.

This newly set-up school is committed to produce future leaders who not only aspire to achieve academic excellence but who also possess a noble personality and are able to inspire others to change and transform themselves and organisations from good to great. Students will gain a learning experience which combines theory with case methods that would allow them to adapt themselves to the changing demands of the industry and the global environment as they will be imbued with multidisciplinary knowledge and skills which will create in them an innovative, creative, critical and open mind. At the same time, the friendly and flexible semester system would help the students to plan their learning experience in a systematic manner.
