A small food-business entrepreneur would like to expand his family business. Mr. Amin started the food business after his retirement from a shipping company. The small food business gradually moved into the school canteen business and the catering business and had built up some very loyal customers. Approximately 60% of the food business revenues came from the school canteen business while the remaining was from the catering business. Mr. Amin placed his hopes on his young son, Hafiz, to take over the management of the business. Hafiz had already been helping his father since he was in his early teens. Hafiz attended a three-year study program in Hotel Management and held a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management. Hafiz faced the challenge in bringing bring the family food business to the next level.
