Eligibility for Submission

 
1.
Ordinary members of the Club
 
2.
Associate members, who the first author will be the ordinary member.
 
Format for Submission
 
1.
All submission should be preceded by a header containing the title of the manuscript, the name(s) of the authors(s), any affiliations, mail and email address and telephone and tax numbers.
 
2.
It should be in English and in Arial and Font 12 form. Spacing should be 1.5.
 
3.
An abstract of not more than 300 words should be included in the submission.
 
4.
Two copies should be submitted. In addition to hard copy authors are required to submit in electronic forms.
 
5.
Authors should not submit manuscripts that are under consideration for publication elsewhere.
 
6.
Manuscript pages should be numbered consecutively. Spelling, capitalization and punctuation should be consistent within each article.
 
7.
Tables and graphs should be inserted in the body of the document. In addition half page is allowed for charts/table/pictures, the rest to be placed as annexes.
 
8.
Where applicable, authorization must have been obtained from the individuals or companies.
 
9.
References should be numbered consecutively and appear as footnotes. They should contain name of the author, full title of book or article, place and year of publication, and page reference. Quoted unpublished material should have full location reference.
